Aplus Video Converter is a tool to convert video files between the most popular formats including AVI, Divx, ASF, WMV, WMA, MPEG, MOV, QT, RM, RMVB files to AVI, MPEG, WMV, MOV, RM, MP4, 3GP, FLV to allow you reproduce them in popular portable devices like iphone, ipod, apple tv, zune, and also use them in streaming sites like YouTube.
It also supports configuration of parameters for each format, like for instance VCD PAL/NTSC, video size, aspect ratio, etc.
This program presents a very nice interface with a built in preview and profiles to help you choose the best configuration for your output according to your video player (for example if you want to reproduce your videos with an iPod, you willl be able to use the iPod profile which has already set format, video size, rate, aspect and channels).
You can also extract audio from your videos, set start and end positions of the source file to convert in order to select a clip from the movie, and use batch conversion.
This program is a good option for two reasons: many formats are supported and it is really easy to use.
If you want to test it, a free trial is available for download.
